We're flexible - we tailor our services to your needs, when and where you need it - at daycare centers, in your home, at preschools, and local schools, and of course in our clinic

We provide guidance in navigating local social services - IEP (Individualized Education Plan), Regional Center system (SDRC, RCOC, IRC)

We don't force our families to meet our recommended therapy hours, as long as there is a therapeutic benefit

We are vacation-friendly! Families are allowed to take time off from therapy as needed

Case Supervision

Our Case Supervision service provides expert oversight by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure your child's therapy program is both individualized and effective. We conduct regular evaluations, adapt plans as needed, and collaborate closely with your team to optimize outcomes and track measurable progress. With our BCBA's guidance, each therapy session is aligned with evidence-based strategies tailored to your child's unique needs.

What is a BCBA?

A BCBA is a board certified behavior analyst with a master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. They have two years of supervised field work and pass a written competency exam. They are registered with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB), and are held to strict ethical guidelines.

What does a BCBA do in case supervision?

A BCBA creates a treatment plan and intervention strategies. They also oversee your child’s progress, assesses and adjusts therapy plans as needed. Our BCBAs work hand in hand with our families and encourage parent input as well as child accent .

Is case supervision required for ABA therapy?

Yes, case supervision is essential in ABA to ensure quality and effectiveness, as it involves continual monitoring and program adjustment.

How often is my child’s progress reviewed?

Progress is typically reviewed bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your child’s specific program needs and goals. We also provide bi-annual progress reports.

What is ABA?

ABA is applied behavior analysis. Through a series of observations, BCBAs identify if a child has problematic behavior and how to treat it, as well as any skill deficits and how to best teach them those skills. We track progress through intensive data collection to ensure progress.

Parent + Caregiver Collaboration

Our parent education service empowers you with essential ABA tools to support your child’s development at home. Through structured, hands-on education sessions, you’ll learn effective strategies for managing behaviors, building communication, and fostering positive routines. This service is designed to help parents feel confident and proactive in supporting their child’s progress beyond therapy sessions.

What topics are covered in parent education?

We cover behavior management, communication skills, reinforcement techniques, strategies for problematic behavior, how to support children through various life events, and practical ways to create supportive home routines. We have parents assist in creating a realistic plans, to work around barriers and general life surprises.

How often are parent education sessions held?

Sessions can be held any time the family is available, during our business hours, and are typically weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions can be held during children's one to one sessions, via telehealth, at the clinic or another convenient location.

Is previous ABA knowledge needed to participate

in parent education?

No prior knowledge is necessary! Our training is designed for all experience levels and focuses on practical, easy-to-apply strategies.

One-to-One Therapy

Our One-to-One Therapy sessions provide personalized ABA therapy with a trained therapist who works directly with your child. These sessions are individualized based on existing developmental skills and can focus on building areas such as communication, social interactions, and daily living activities.


Foundational Skills

Our foundational skills program focuses on engaging play-based activities that target communication, basic social interactions, and developmental milestones.

Academic Classroom Skills
This program is designed to enhance academic, social, and daily living skills, giving children the tools they need to succeed at school and beyond. We use individualized ABA strategies to address challenging behaviors, improve focus, and foster positive peer interactions.

Social + Emotional Skills
Our programs helps build social, emotional, and practical skills. Using evidence-based ABA techniques, we address unique challenges such as self-regulation, peer relationships, and vocational readiness.

Life Skills
From job readiness training to improving communication and self-care, this program is tailored to each individual’s goals. Our focus is to empower adults to live meaningful, productive lives while feeling supported every step of the way.

How long are One-to-One Therapy sessions?

Sessions typically last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the therapy plan designed for your child’s needs.

What types of skills are targeted in One-to-One Therapy?

We target a range of skills, including communication, socialization, daily living, and adaptive behaviors, based on your child’s individualized goals.

Is parent participation allowed in One-to-One Therapy sessions?

Yes, parent involvement is encouraged, and we welcome you to observe sessions or join when appropriate to learn techniques you can use at home.

How often do sessions take place?

Sessions can occur from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 days per week.

Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

Our Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) service identifies the underlying reasons for challenging behaviors, providing crucial insights for effective intervention. Through observation, data analysis, and collaboration with caregivers, our team uncovers the triggers and functions of behaviors to create customized, proactive behavior intervention plans. With a clear understanding of why behaviors occur, we pave the way for meaningful, sustainable progress.

What is a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)?

An FBA is a process used to identify the reasons behind challenging behaviors. It also identifies any skill deficits and creates individualized teaching strategies for each learner.

How long does an FBA take to complete?

The assessment typically takes about 30 days from our first meeting, dependent upon our families schedules.

What happens after the FBA is completed?

After the assessment, we provide a detailed report and a customized behavior intervention plan, which includes specific strategies to address the identified behaviors. If any ongoing treatment is recommended, we send the assessment to the insurance carrier for authorization. We then schedule an appointment with a family for review.

Additional Services

Day Program Consultations: we are available to day programs located in southern California, to provide the legally required assessments, progress reports, and oversight to the behavioral programs.
