What Makes Us Different
Our team is HAPPY and supported and actually love where they work
We're flexible - we tailor our services to your needs, when and where you need it - at daycare centers, in your home, at preschools, and local schools, and of course in our clinic
We provide guidance in navigating local social services - IEP (Individualized Education Plan), Regional Center system (SDRC, RCOC, IRC)
We don't force our families to meet our recommended therapy hours, as long as there is a therapeutic benefit
We are vacation-friendly! Families are allowed to take time off from therapy as needed
MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Adrienne Silva, M.S., BCBA
In 2016, while eight months pregnant and facing the shock of being laid off immediately after Christmas due to a branch closure, Adrienne chose determination over despair. With a garage, two employees, and unwavering commitment to the kids and staff left in limbo, she launched Evolutions ABA—just ten days after welcoming her first child.
A proud San Clemente resident since 2012 and a devoted member of the New Vista School board since 2017, Adrienne specializes in guiding teenagers and adults with severe challenging behaviors toward brighter futures. When she’s not changing lives, she’s chasing after her two French bulldogs and living proof that a dash of grit, heart, and humor can transform challenges into evolution.

Our Facility
Designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children to grow, learn, and play, our space includes multiple therapy rooms.
The facility also features a sensory room, where children can explore different textures, sounds, and lights to help them regulate emotions, improve sensory processing, and feel more comfortable and calm.

Our Process + Guarantee
Some ABA companies put potential clients through a long assessment and then are not able to move forward with the services.
We guarantee that we do not move forward with our assessment unless we are able to provide the services that follow.
Autism Diagnosis
Step 1
You receive a diagnosis of autism for your kiddo, or are looking for an evaluation to diagnose. If you have not yet received a diagnosis, we can provide a referral to a clinician.
Referral to ABA
Step 2
Your primary care or neurologist will provide a referral to ABA.
Check Availability
Step 3
We'll discuss your needs and cross check our availability.
Wait List
Step 4
We maintain a wait list of interested clients.
Contact When a Spot Opens Up
Step 5
Once we have availability for your child, we'll give you a call and reassess your needs.
Check Benefits + Obtain Assessment Authorization
Step 6
Next, we'll check your insurance benefits and get their authorization for assessment.
Assessment
Step 7
The assessment typically consists of a parent interview and at least two visits, observations and document review, and takes about 30 days from start to completion.
Obtain Authorization for Ongoing Therapy if Needed
Step 8
If our assessment reveals a recommendation for ongoing therapy, we will submit the assessment to your insurance carrier to obtain authorization.
Review Assessment + Plan Ongoing Therapy
Step 9
We review our assessment with our families and plan the next steps for ongoing therapy.

Services are currently available throughout South Orange County and North San Diego County. We work with a number of insurance carriers and we are a proud Tricare provider. Payment arrangements are available. All major credit cards are accepted.
