RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Evolutions is in search of qualified, passionate, active and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of highly trained specialists to provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) service in the home, community, and clinic-based settings for children on the Autism Spectrum.
Experience is desired, but not required.
We are offering part-time and full time opportunities with varying client ages.
Afternoon/evening availability is a high priority (2-7pm), weekends are also available. Opportunity to add more daytime hours with growth.
Position openings in Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, San Clemente and surrounding areas.
The Successful Candidate Will Provide the Following Services to Children in The Home, Clinic, or School:
Provide ABA instruction part time in the client's home, clinic, or school using individualized curriculum created by one of our case supervisors.
Participate in communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior.
Collect skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications and Requirements for Selected Candidates Include:
Some experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
High school diploma
Reliable transportation, and a track record of reliability
Registered Behavior Technician (or willing to obtain)
Creativity, multitasking, high-energy, flexibility and patience!

We currently have openings for an Assistance Case Supervisor and a Case Supervisor in South Orange County (Mission Viejo to San Clemente). Part time or Full time positions open. Come see why we the lowest turnover rates in the field!
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
Design empirically treatment plans and review regularly
Design behavior intervention plans
Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
Write biannual reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
Regular communication with parents and care providers
Coordinate with administrative staff to maintain quality of cases
Provide parent and staff training
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Requirements:
BCBA or BCaBA credential
Experience working with children with Autism
